What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. There are no refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products but should there be a defect reported to us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item, a return label will be emailed to you and a store credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us. You must ship the item back within 3 DAYS of receiving the return label.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on all items due to the nature of our products. Only in certain circumstances a store credit will be issued if there is a manufacturing defect as long as the return policy procedure is followed. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed & assembled locally here in Canada and some parts are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
We do not drop ship or use cheap materials we only use body safe materials to create our ear weights.
We are a small one person operation based out of Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Shipping is free for all CANADIAN orders.
